How to Check UI Admission List for the 2023/2024 Academic Session

Currently, UI prospective students can only access their admission status on the JAMB admission status checking portal by following the procedure outlined below:

  • The first thing you should do is to log in to the JAMB Go to the JAMB admission portal at: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
  • Secondly, You will the Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password. And ensure you enter them correctly with no mistakes.
  • Thirdly, still, on that same page, simply scroll down and locate the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
  • When you must have located the check admission status tab, the next step to take is to select Check Admission Status.
  • Further, you will now select your Exam year and enter your registration number in the required column. You must equally select your correct Exam year and enter your registration number. In other for your admission status checking to be successful.
  • Lastly, select the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab to access your UI admission status.

  • Visit the JAMB admission status checking webpage, which the Apply for a Job team has made available here: www.jamb.org.ng or portal.jamb.gov.ng
  • Secondly, scroll down to the “How To Check Your JAMB Admission Status” part of the page, and follow the instructions carefully. In other to achieve a successful 2023/2024 admission status check.
  • You will also see other instructions, like the pattern of messages that you will see if you have been admitted. And the other message that comes up for someone that did not get admission.
  • Lastly, you will also see the guidelines on how to accept the admission and other things you can do after accepting your 2023/2024 admission into the University of Ibadan (UI).

Candidates That Have Confirmed Their University of Ibadan Admission Status Should:

  1. Simply Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and ACCEPT or REJECT their University of Ibadan (UI) admission.
  2. Print Your JAMB UTME And DE Admission Letter Here For 2023/2024 when you are done with accepting your UI admission.

  4. Lastly, Candidates that got admitted into departments that they did not choose. During application can simply Apply for a change of course or Institution.

How to Check the UI Admission List On the University Website

As we stated earlier, the University of Ibadan management has not published the 2023/2024 admission list, on the University website. Hence the only way you can confirm your admission status is the follow the admission checking procedure above. Also, when the list is finally published at the UI portal, you will follow the procedure below to check.

  1. Go to UI admission portal at http://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng/.
  2. Login with your username and password to access your UI admission status.
