BASU Post-UTME/DE Screening Registration Form – 2023/2024

This message is intended to inform prospective applicants to Bauchi State University Gadau that the online screening process for 2023/2024 admissions has started. Anyone interested in applying to the different programs that the institution offers and who attained a score of 140 or more on their 2023 JAMBor UTME exam is advised to visit the University’s website www.basug.edu.ng to begin the screening process.

Candidates waiting for their O’Level results are required to write the AWAITING RELIEF (AR) in the grade column on the form for screening. Candidates must make the results as soon as the exam bodies release them at the time of physical screening.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be considered to be admitted, a candidate must possess the following:

  1. Attained a minimum score of 140 points during the exam in 2023. UTME test;
  2. Acquired the minimum of five (5) relevant credits at O Level (including English and Mathematics);
  3. Examiners must be able to pass the relevant exam subject combination for the 2022 JAMB test;
  4. Direct Entry (DE) applicants not only have the minimum requirement of five (5) O’ level relevant credits (including English and Mathematics) but must have earned at least seven points on the IJMB or NCE and, at a minimum, a lower score in the ND.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

Eligible candidates are to create accounts and pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira Only (N2,000.00) for the screening exercise through the online screening portal https://basug_screened.admissions.cloud.
